When will my item ship?

A: Items ship in appx 10-12 days. Shipping SPEED is up to customers at checkout.

 

Where do I add the name to my item:

A: All items are personalized (with the exception of a very few listings that do not have a name on the example).  Input your name, or FULL NAME for Monogram, in the PERSONALIZATION BOX as you add to cart. 

 

Do I have to input my email address?

A: YES!  Please put a CURRENT email address that you use and check frequently.  If I have any questions about your order or personalization, I will need to email you.

 

What is the order of Initials for a Monogram?

A: firstLASTmiddle, fLm.  Last initial is placed LARGER in the middle of the monogram.

 

Can you RUSH my order?

Sometimes.  When our schedule allows, we can take a rush order which includes a processing time of 1-2 business days and includes an upgrade to priority shipping.  If the link is not active, then we cannot take rush order at that time.  Rush link is here:

Do you take returns and exchanges?  

We do not.  On account of the personalized nature of our outfits, we cannot refund or exchange.  Please contact us with any sizing or personalization questions before placing your order.
